Tech2 Repair Process
 
Step 1:
Registration of your Tech2. Please take a few moments to register your
details with us.
   

Step 2:
When a fault occurs alert the Seymour Hunter Repair Team. (We will
need your serial number).

Contact Us to report a faulty Tech2 now.

   
Step 3:
The Seymour Hunter Repair Team will send you out an advance
exchange unit. EU Only. Customers outside europe will need to return your faulty unit to Seymour Hunter.
   
Step 4:
On receipt of your advance exchange, you will need to return your faulty
Tech 2 or VCI to the following address using the DHL Airway Bill
supplied (no cost to you). For our address please click here.
